An Exercise Physiologist with a bachelor's and master's degree in Exercise Prescription and Health Promotion, Carolina also has specialised training in Pilates. Her experience includes supporting people experiencing pain in gym settings, technical work in a Pilates studio and rehabilitation in clinical contexts.
